Monday March 20, 2006 BarCamp Hyderabad- 3 weeks to go- getting hot Two weeks since we announced. So far so good! Got a pretty decent traction in the blogosphere. Check it out.. Also, visit the 'camp site'. Lot of registrations so far. And believe there is quite some buzz in many organizations here at Hyderabad- so expect many more spot registrations. Speaker interest is also good. The confirmed sessions so far include: What is Web 2.0?, Economics of Web 2.0, Case studies of a Web 2.0 based Customer Tech Support application, Flash based AJAX like RIA framework- a case study, Opportunities for new Products in Web 2.0 & RIA space, SOA Devlopment tools (IDE) built on RIA, and few more that are still tentatively confirmed. This includes a few keynote sessions from prominent technology leaders from hyderabad. Interestingly, there are quite a few sessions that include a demo based discussion around RIA & Web 2.0! Event planning is also progressing well. We are slowly checking of many of the to-do items. Pls feel free to review this list and pitch in wherever possible!
