It would be great if you could take over Hibernate Live. The current author of Hibernate 3 Live is way behind schedule, whereas you've done a great job with Spring Live.

Some comments about the book:
- The text is both easy to understand and contains many important details (for example, you usually give several ways to achieve the same thing along with explanations why to choose one over the other or you show how to do it with several different frameworks). Excellent!
- The chapter about transaction managers show different one but not how to do two phase commit or XA (for example, how to persist JMS messages into a DB). Can you add this? It's maybe outside of the scope of the book but it's also a common problem, so if it's just a few pages, it would be great to have it as well.
- Can you add chapter and page numbers to the TOC, please?
- There is no index. Can you add one?
Regards,

I'm the document layout person here at SourceBeat. I'm confused by your comment because the TOC does include page numbers and chapter numbers. Drop me an email if you'd like (sarah-AT-sourcebeat-DOT-com), and you can tell me exactly what you're looking at. Our books only get better with feedback from our readers. Thanks!
